Having journeyed through relationships, parenting and a 40-year career with blue-chip companies I now realise that I’ve always been a coach to those around me. I’ve helped colleagues, friends and family through the defining moments of their lives; the ones where the decisions we make can lead us down the same old path or mark a turning point in our personal and or professional life.
Let me help you onto the next step of your journey; you only have one life so let’s make it the best it can be.

I have known Tony for many years and he is one of those natural coaches that add real value to the organisation by helping people develop and be the best that they can be. Tony is often sought out for advice and counsel and has that key quality of just being able to ‘listen’ he is then able to question and help the individual come to their own conclusions and plans. He does not teach but nurtures people subtly into driving their own performance and destiny. He has helped so many people behind the scenes and is one of those background foundation blocks of the organisation.
Tony and I first met nearly some 30 years ago when I was course Director and Tony was an Exec MBA at Cranfield University. We have been friends and colleagues since that time. I have been party and witness to Tony making active life and career choices over that time, including stepping out of the corporate safe zone. I value Tony’s thoughtful approach to work and life. For me our conversations represent the best of co-coaching as we explore often complex issues together. Insightful, knowledgeable, full of integrity and unafraid to challenge. These are the hallmarks of a great coach.
I first met Tony when he wanted some coaching because he was at a sticky point in life. I found him a delight to work with because he is genuine about wanting to learn and develop and recognises at times, he needs some help to do this. He has consistently followed this approach for his own development; seeking knowledge, sharing thoughts and reflecting on the outcome and most importantly doing something about it. Tony approaches life with humility, wisdom, curiosity and humanity. Great qualities in a coach.
